Thankyou for the Edward Sheerin information, he was my uncle, I recently discovered his grave through a friend, the other Thomas Sheerin I am not sure about
There is a family grave in the cemetery for my grandfather and family, very neglected now. I haven't been to Daingean since the 80's, hope to go again one day.
Thank you

Hi, I am new to the forum but am researching Geashill as it is were part of my family hail from. My great great grandmother was Mary Anne Hunter, daughter of Ralph Hunter (b.1803) of Geashill. By the looks of it they owned/leased some land in that area. Ralph Hunter is buried in the local gravyard adjoining St. Mary's CoI in Geashill. Other family members are also buried there. Can you tell me if that book 'Tenants No More' mentions the Hunter family?

Much obliged for any assistance.

No, that name isn't mentioned in the index.
