Orders via Genfair. Some of you may be waiting for orders you have placed via Genfair for BFHS materials. Unfortunately I cannot fulfil these at present. Genfair have updated their system. I now need a password to see who has placed the order and to mark it 'dispatched' and all efforts to get a password for me have failed. (Genfair say that this password system is necessary to comply with GDPR.) I have no idea how long this will take to resolve. Noel Evans.
So if you have ordered any items from us via GenFair & it is still not arrived then do get in touch with us, but please do hassle GenFair to get a result.
