GRO indexes have these two birth entries born Suffolk with mmn Logan - trying to see if I can match either girls perhaps together on an 1891 census not having much luck so far

on the DC for Winifred her husband is shown as Edward Dec, her  father is shown as Edward (Dec) and Mo as Mary Hogg ms Gallacher (Dec) informant Catherine Rose (dau) address 48 McAslin St, Glasgow.    Isuppose if he was deceased there may have been a mix up.

Is this Winifred, Rose Ann’s mother, Winfred Logan?
Is she on any Scottish censuses with her husband?
Who is Catherine Rose?

Yes Winifred is the mother of R-A.    I also presume that Catherine Rose is R-As sister.    On Winifreds death cert the informant is Catherine shown as dau.   I cannot find Winifred on any Scottish census with husband.

I wonder if Mr Logan was married before. There are earlier baptisms to parents Terence Logan and Rose McGloin.
Rose Anne’s marriage has her father as Terence.
The other Logan births (with Winifred as mother) have Thaddeus/Thady. Death is for Thady.
Winifred’s death certificate has husband as Edward.
