Roseanne/ Rose Ann Logan 1862-1926

Hi Folks - I am trying to find details of Roseanns family.    She was born around 1862 in Ireland and married a soldier from the 5th Regiment, George Palmer on 10 February 1883 in Sligo.    I believe her parents to be Edward Logan - no details, and Winifred Hogg born around 1829 also in Sligo.
George and Rose had a child Mary Winifred born 1885 probably in Sligo.
George died in 1901 and Rose 1926 both Glasgow (George same address as Winifred Hogg) 
Winifred (Hogg) died in City Poorhouse (Residence 48 McAslin St), Glasgow on 8 April 1896.

any help with the details of Edward and Winifred Logan (Hogg) and births of children in Sligo would be much appreciated.

Is she on any Scottish censuses with her husband?
Who is Catherine Rose?

Do you have a birth certificate of any of the children of George Palmer from 1891 census to confirm mmn is LOGAN?

This appears to be Stephen’s birth reg from 1891 census but you need credits to view further details on Scotland people
