Does anyone know which Regiment these chaps are from in the 2nd World War, taken from the 2 photographs

Looks very like Royal Canadian Mounted Police uniform?

ADDED: A similar hat is worn by the NZ Army?
aka a "Lemon Squeezer" or Campaign Hat.

The "dimple" in the hat faces forward, those in the "lemon squeezer" are to the sides so I'd go with KGarrad's first choice.  The collar badge looks right for RCMP.
