I'm hoping to find out the names of the parents of Ann Arabella James born in abt October 1871 in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire.

if it's the correct marriage 4 March 1891 in Bedwas, she gives her father as William James, collier. Her birth reg has mmn of Weeks, probable marriage William Weeks sept qtr 1869 Abergavenny vol 11a pg 91 with Louisa Weeks on the same page.
