just recently i spotted this young lady Eva Hannigan born Dublin
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Dublin/North_Dock/Hyacinth_Street/1275196/

she appears to have been a laundress in Co Down in 1911
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Down/Ormeau/Ballynafeigh/209909/
as you can see they are from a wide spread of Counties and Countries

the same could apply for your Annie

so if she was still there after 1922 to you would have to search G R O N I records

You would have to look at records after 1930, it is possible a family secret, going to magdalen laundry  most girls that would go there were having a baby out of wed lock.

You could try and find relatives in Midfield, asking the local paper to put a letter in their paper for you asking to information on the all the family, but not mention Annie.  If the family get in touch you can ask them about Annie.

Catherine

Annie was born on Feb 27 1918 as you are probably aware LINK
have you looked for her baptism record?
if she married in another parish it may be recorded on their records if she was a catholic
there is a transcript on a paid site that shows she got her confirmation on Apr 22 1931 in Kilconduff

If she had mental health issues she may have been sent to The Hospital in Castlerea (now a prison) or St. Brigid's in Ballinasloe
