Cause of Death

hi all, SP were able to rescan a death record for me but I'm still having trouble with the cause of death. Any ideas? All I"m sure about is the word Bronchitis...

I can't read the word after Bronchitis but as it doesn't have a captial letter so may relate to the Brochitis.   The third word is "Diarrhea" - then "a few hours"??   :-\

I believe the second word is:  uncertain

I agree with Kay's reading of the fourth line.
