Format for that 1921 census indicates Villeneuve is the Father in his own household, numbered differently than from the Taylor Household (#1 and #2).  Taylor also known as Father -- proper title should be "Head" (of Household).  No indication there is a relationship between the two families.

Census also indicates that Ellen is a member of the Takudh Tribe (Indian).  They are newly married in the 1911 census.  Ellen indicates she is Anglican in 1911 (Church of England). You may be lucky to find a church marriage record for them giving you Ellen's maiden name (or baptisms for the children).

Ellen's maiden name is Charles -- marriage license issued 13 August 1910 to Edward Taylor in Moosehead, Yukon.
