Possibly Bertram Rupert Cecil Street born 27 May 1919 in Dudley (died 1987).

This one looks made-up - they’ve apparently taken Harriet Jeavons’ dates and simply copied them over to Rupert.

Best way forward is to buy a copy of the 1948 marriage cert to see who his father was

According to the tree above on Ancestry Harriet Jeavons was b 1908 so was 40 when they married and 11yrs older than Rupert
