You can find Benjamin with his first wife Elizabeth here in 1861 also with them is Eliza Hutchinson... given as niece  :-\

My name is Sue Woulidge, my husband is John Woulidge and that’s his family name.  I have a lot of the family tree if your interested and details of the South African side of the family but unfortunately no details of how or why they were sent to South Africa.

Thank you for the response.  I see I am a couple of years late ( ;D), however never saw your response.  I am very interested in this part of my family tree and would appreciate any details that you may be able to provide?  This is for both the English as well as the South African side of the family.
