Berty John Bullas mother's name

I am wondering if anyone could locate the name of Berty's mum.
I have searched GRO but it isn't listed,

Berty John Bullas birth registered Dec qtr 1885 Oundle RD
Volume 3b Page 223

He is living in the Union Workhouse with "Aunt" Phoebe Bullas and her daughter Lily. Phoebe had one sister Lizzie (born Bullas) but she seems to have taken her step father's surname Lakey in the 1881 census. I am wondering if he is Phoebe's son rather than nephew.

The birth certificate itself would name his mother

There is a birth in Oundle Workhouse for a George  son of Phoebe Bullas from Benefield (Oundle Reg Dist) born on Jan 17th 1889, baptised Jan 20th 1889. In another column it says 3rd illegitimate.

No mention of Berty in the Workhouse.

George may have died in the Mar Qtr of 1889 in the Oundle Reg Dist.

It is George as he died in the workhouse on the Jan 29th aged 12 days of Benefield.

Thanks Sandy, Berty is recorded as John Bertrum Bullas (the line under Phoebe) in the workhouse, he is down as nephew.

Thank you for looking, Phoebe's mum died in 1886 so I think it all went pear shaped after that. Berty was born in 1885 and Lillie 1888. Can I ask where you found the workhouse records, I am looking for a death for Lavender Lakey ( 1886 - 1891) and I was wondering if it would be recorded in their records as I can't find a death registered at all.
