SERVANT family of Bequia and Carriacou
« on: Friday 31 January 20 19:59 GMT (UK) »
Hello all.  I am looking for any information on the SERVANT family.
I believe they were French, and in the 1770's held a large property on the island of Bequia.
In the early 1780's, Peter SERVANT (or Pierre) held property also on Carriacou, but had disappeared by 1790.
I am just hitting a brick wall!
I am trying to find details specifically about Peter SERVANT, but any thing would be most appreciated.
(Apologies - I had posted this to the wrong board in error - being a newbie to this !)

Thanks.

Hi Goobs
I too am chasing this family, making headway slowly.
I am descended from his daughter Alzire, born on Carriacou ~1776.
