Thats brilliant. Now I know where the Arnotts were until 1855.The original page you directed me to was the hand written building valuation sheet including an entry at 7 for the'widow anne arnott'. This was corrected in the valuation when published to delete her and list a new tenant for the 22 acre holding. Could I ask you to explain how I find the hand written sheets?

There are 'notebooks' from which the stuff in Ledgers posted were compiled...not sure if they exist now!
