Help with 1939 Register Entry

Could an expert tell me what the pencilled in addition underneath the birthdate means please?

Is it a correction of her birth date, as it begins with a tick under month and date?

Sorry I've cut off the entry,  the date at the end should be 20/3/51

I would say it was a correction to the lower line.  Was the person born in 1903, not 1906?

I agree it looks like that, and that the letters may be the initials of the "corrector", with the date?

I agree with Philip, it is an amendment to the birth date on the bottom line.

The initials are the area code where the amendment was done followed by the date it was amended
Initials look as though they could be LFL

Oh my word you're correct!  She has the really unusual name of Vida so unmistakable.

Their abode was Warrington in 51, fits.

That is good  . I had wondered whether it said LPL but that is not on the list

I thought it was Liverpool too. Warrington is NRA though so I will check again where she was later. At least we're in the right area.
