Help to hunt down Mary Ellen HUNT Please
« on: Monday 10 February 20 12:00 GMT (UK) »
Mary Ellen HUNT was born to Richard HUNT and his second wife Ann nee Bater in 1858 in Chulmleigh. She was baptised 12 Nov 1858 in Chulmleigh. She is on the 1861 census  in Chulmleigh with her parents. But that is the last I can find of her, I have failed to find a death registration or burial (I've looked  through the register for Chulmleigh between 1861 and 1871 )  Her mother died just after the census in 1861 and her father remarried in 1866 he and his third wife were still in Chulmleigh on the 1871 census with no sign of Mary Ellen.
Please can anyone help me find out what happened to Mary Ellen.
Thank you

Wonderful I think you've solved it. Strangely I am also working on a Sarah SAUNDERS problem on a different thread how odd (that is generations out and in Oxfordshire)
Many many thanks everyone.
