A photo from 1941

I have a photo of a baby and it has her full name and dob on it but I can't find a corresponding birth reg for her. I am  not 100% on her middle and surname but I am  not sure if I'm allowed for post the photo's rear in case the person is still alive. Does anyone know if I could post the surname to get a second opinion?

Thank you, Sarah. I didn't want to break the rules with the photo.

Anyway, here's the back of the picture. I think the surname is 'Ids' but can't find any record of the surname.

I think Ide is a possibility for a surname.  My daughter has a friend whose surname is Ide.  She was from Gloucestershire.  If the baby was 1 1/2 in July 1941 then she must have been born around January/February 1940.  Scrap that I see she was born in July 1941 and the photo taken when she was 1/1/2

No, I have no info at all other than what's on the back. It's in the collection of photos that were my great grandma's but could have been my great granddad's or his sister's as well, who lived with them.

My great-grandma was born in Devon but grew up and lived in Leeds, the same as my great granddad and his sister, but my great-granddad spent time in Germany, Africa and there are lots of photos of unknown people with writing on the back from Ireland, France, Germany and other places who I'm currently trying to find out who they are and how they became to be in possession of (I'm guessing, as they're young pretty women with addresses on the back) my great granddad.

The little girl looks to be European to me. I'll upload the front too:
