Finding a birth help please - 1941

In the above thread we're trying to find a birth for the little girl in the photo. A death for a husband of who we think could be the Suzanna Mary Ida in the photo I have in Canada and I am hoping we could find a birth to show where she was born. Then it'll be a struggle to find out how it ended up in my great grandma's photo collection.

Thanks for any help I receive.

Canada has very strict privacy laws and there are no BMD indexes for the time frame you would require.

The lady mentioned in the obituary would appear to be still living.

Canada Voters List 1968/72 showed Edgar Philp (spelling correct)  draughtsman - 2422 Thornlodge Drive  Peel Ontario - Edgar was a draughtsman and his wife was listed as "M" - there was also another man at the same address David Philp (salesman)

This could be the David Edgar Philp who was born 1954 and died in 1972.

A Miss Suzanne Ide appears in the Canadian Voters' Lists in Peel County (same place she lived with her husband Edgar) in 1963 up to 1974.  She would have had to have been at least 18 to appear in the list in 1963.   In the household is a Mrs. Eunice Ide. Prior to that, in 1957, there is a Mark Ide living with Eunice who is likely the husband.

Eunice died in 1990 and is buried in Kitchener as well (so likely moved in with Suzanne after her marriage).

Name:   Eunice U. Ide
Birth Date:   1913
Age at Death:   77
Death Date:   1990
Cemetery:   Mount Hope Cemetery
Burial Place:   Kitchener, Waterloo County, Ontario, Canada

Her maiden name seems to be Kuntz.

Eunice's sister:

https://donohuefuneralhome.ca/tribute/details/2638/Irene-Schaefer/obituary.html

The 1921 Canadian Census shows that Eunice was born around 1913 and they were living in the Kitchener area at the time. Parents are Robert and Ursula.  Eunice's birth registration gives birth date of 19 August 1913 in Waterloo. Parents Herbert Kuntz and Ursula Schwartz were married in Buffalo, New York on 10 September 1912.

Thank you Sandra and Eileen for the info. So the Suzanne on the 1963 voters list had to be born before 1945 to be in it.

Hopefully I can get in touch with a relative. I've got 2 options of doing that thanks to the help here.
