Rebecca/Thomas seem o have 2 Children Edward 1841 and Mary 1844.
She may be buried Worth 28 Aug 1847 age 31 as Rebecca Gear

As far as I know Gibb and Gibbs derive from the given name Gilbert which also gives us Gibson. Gilbert as a first name was likely quite popular in the time period surnames were evolving in England.  It might have been taken to Ireland over the centuries, or was an anglicized version of a Gaelic name, but generally speaking they are English surnames, from a Norman/Teutonic given name.
