Who was Ann Surman SUMMERS mother and other challenges?

Ann Surman SUMMERS  & James SCOWCROFT married 11 Jan 1840 in St Mary’s, Carlisle, Cumberland, England.

James was an attorney from Prendergast, Pembrokeshire, Wales and Ann/Anna was his second wife.

I am seeking assistance to determine Ann's mother's maiden name.

Ann was baptised 02 Jul 1793 at St Mary's Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire daughter of James SUMMERS and Elizabeth.

I don't seem to be able to get any traction on James SUMMERS and his wife Elizabeth.  What was Elizabeth's maiden name?  Did James & Elizabeth have other children??

Ann died in Brighton, East Sussex aged 64 however I am not able to locate her in the 1851 Census.

Seem to be going round in circles so though to reach out to the sensible people on Rootschat forum in desperation.

Hi in 1851 Ann is shown as SCOCROFT, a married visitor in Bath, Somerset

Hi again, a  James Summers married an Elizabeth Bowen 24th July 1792 St Mary, Haverfordwest

Another child looks to be a James Summers baptised 3rd August 1800 Freystop Father James, he is a Solicitor in 1841, and in 1851 married with children including a James Bowen Summers b c 1848

I know exactly what you mean Keyboard86.  I just don't know how to unpack this one. 

I will see if I can find James in 1841 and 1851.

Burial in Prendergast 30 April 1825 for James Summers aged 65 address Prendergast Village which may tie in with a baptism in Robertson Wathen 15 jan 1760 for James son of Mr William & Mary Summers.

hmm, that might be another James Summers. Admin granted to next of kin Mary Griffiths, second cousin.
