Leicestershire parish records

Can anyone please tell me if some 18th century  Leicestershire parish records are missing from Ancestry.co.uk. I have just transferred quite a lot of information from Findmypast onto Ancestry ( I prefer the layout of Ancestry) and there are surprisingly few hints?

Sorry I do not know about Leicestershire coverage, have you tried searching the card catalogue for the places you are after

Ancestry just states "Leicestershire, England, Extracted Church of England Parish Records"

The main location for Leicestershire parish records, wills and marriage licences is FindMyPast.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!

Freereg is becoming increasingly useful - many Leics parishes on there now

Also try Genuki for the parishes of interest as it often includes details of printed transcripts or those only available through local FHS.

And of course there are plenty waiting for volunteers to transcribe them!

Leicestershire parish records are on familysearch as well but I think it sends you to FindMyPast for the digital records
