Does anyone know if its possible to get a marriage certificate for 8th August 1808,Barking, Suffolk, for John Green and Margaretta Blomfield please. I have been on GRO website and they do not do them before 1837

Not before 1837 will you find a certificate I'm afraid. 

Birth, marriage, death entries were made in local Parish Registers before that time. 
Hinchliffe - Huddersfield Wiltshire
Burroughs - Arlingham Glos
Pick - Frocester Glos
