hi can anyone help trying to find the parents of JAMES CODD DOB 31 Mar 1927 in Wexford, Ireland i cant find any records

The only place you can look is the index on FamilySearch which may or may not give the mother's maiden name. There is a 100 year data protection rule on births.

i think it must be the James Alphonsus Codd from the date but i still cant find his parents how do i find them
