Peter Garland BROAD married 20 year old Margaret Ellen HOARE in 1870 in Plymouth.   Marriages 1837-2005 state it was in the 2nd quarter.

Can someone confirm the exact date and where in Plymouth if possible please.

But unfortunately I couldn't see any details of his marriage.

I think you will find that the marriage took place at the Registry Office as opposed to a Church which means you will have to purchase the marriage certificate to find out any detail.
