this amazing work thank you so much. the lady concerned has been a carer for over twenty years.and having a while ago started her tree she was basically stumped at finding this record. she will be delighted. i have told her where the records was found and by whom.

Clare was living with a Higgins uncle and aunt in Monnow St in 1901 and 1911

Interestingly 1861 (back in Monnow St) has Charles born Canada. Father Irish and some of his younger siblings b Ireland, so I guess that's what he presumes in later years
