Trying to find marriage certificate for Louis Joseph Philippart & Elize Ghislaine Vanderbecq 5 Feb 1876 Sint-Joost-Ten-Node. I have found the deed link on the Belgium State Archives. Also tried to locate the certificate via Family Search Catalogue but without success. Obviously still doing something wrong!!!

Apparently the digitization goes to 1870 ( added : for Saint Joos , Bruxelles , arch.be)

1876 isn't digitized.

I found nothing either in Familysearch ( but I am not an expert), you may try to write to the owner of the tree on geneanet.

(PS I'd advise you to click on "Information" as it contains a lot of useful data. I use this option all the time in order to understand an FS film and the collection(s) it is part of)

That is why I prefer to use FS for Belgian civil registration documents. FS seems to have a more extensive online collection than the Belgium state archives.

NB church records could possibly be a different story
