May I ask for a possible translation of the paragraph "Renvois et annotations divorces" attached to my mother-in-laws 1927 birth certificate. It seems to relate to 1948

It says the child wanted to retain Belgian nationality, presumably because she would have otherwise lost it on marrying a man of a different citizenship.

Hi Decor

Would that mean the original child on the birth certificate, ie my mother-in-law ? as she married an English man in Nivelles  1945.
