To lookup a marriage in parish records which has not been transcribed online etc - you have to know which church it took place in.  If it was a civil marriage it can’t be looked up

Freebmd has her as Harriett A  - could she be the 1897 birth on freebmd.  Possible birth for George 1896 - both were in the Highworth RD.  Both are on the 1911 census

If born c 1897 they would be young to marry 1914.

Is it possible the Mother Harriett age 43 was the one who married 1914?

Next Census Harriet snr is still a Widow

There is a Harriet BEECHY Death Reg 1st Qtr 1939 age 80***

Looking back she married Robert Haskins 1890 as King
(they are one the 1891 together and he is a lot older)
Robert died 1893 age 74

I think the 1896 George Beechley ended up in Hampshire and married Winfred Taylor 1924

I think George was born c 1851 Faringdon, Berkshire.

Married to Maria Census 1911
Maria died 1914, Reg March qtr age 72
He then married HAH Sept qtr 1914

Thank you everybody. I have now untangled this muddle!
I have followed George Beechey back through the Censuses and it is interesting to note that harriett- who he later married in 1914- was actually working on a large farm in Faringdon in 1881.
George Beechey was born in 1850 in Faringdon.
He married Louisa Davis in 1871 in Faringdon- she died in Cricklade in 1887 aged 39 after producing a clutch of children.
George then married either Mary Jane Curtis or Fanny Augusta Jeffries in June Q 1892 Highworth although I cannot trace their death.
George then married 25th Dec 1900 Cricklade to Maria Pangbourne- Maria died March 1914 and George then married Harriett Haskins in Sep 1914 on the Swindon Reg.

I traced a death for Harriett Beechey in Glamorgan in 1851 although the age states she was 83 she would more likely have been 90. However there is also the death of an infant George H Beechey in Newport S Wales in June 1915 aged 0.

Harriett has a history of producing children although the likelihood of this being linked is unlikely as she would have been 54 by the time she conceived in 1914. But there is a link to S wales in this part of the family so it is up for consideration.

The death of George Beechey in Devizes in 1930 aged 79 ticks all the right boxes and so I am sure this is correct.

The only last query would be to trace a more appropriate death for Hannah Beechey other than the S Glamorgan record- and I will track that down.
