Help with Betham Genealogical Abstracts Entry- Henry Sheils-Woodtown
« on: Friday 28 February 20 21:07 GMT (UK) »
I need help to understand 2 separate entires I found in the above Betham Genealogical Abstracts for a Henry Sheils of Woodstown, Louth. I don't understand why there are 2 different dates.

1. Henry Sheils of Woodstown
Joseph Morris- Illegible writing to me
    Rose S- the widow
    17 June 1756.
On the tombstone the date of death is actual 01 May 1756. Also noted only child of Henry and Rose is William Sheils.

2. Henry Sheils of Woodstown
    George S of Dublin-
illegible writing to me, for Elizabeth and Mary/minors/the children
    22 December 1758.

Could George Sheils be Henry's brother, maybe Rose died shortly after and he is now acting on behalf of he minor children??

Henry Sheils and Rose Brabazon are my Brabazon Disney Sheils Grandparents on his Father's side.

Once again I humbly ask the experts to help me and my headache over these ancestors of mine!!

Cheers.

Thanks again Hallmark. You are awesome!!!! I still struggle being able to read the documents you provide me as well understand their meaning but with your help it’s getting better!!

Just waiting to hear from Trinity College Library to see if they can send me copies of the Eccleston order of descendants /pedigree and then I’m done.

Have great weekend👍😃🇨🇦💐
