Is there a possibility this his him and he was already married

If this is him and he was 41 in 1851 then he would have been into his 50s when he married Elizabeth in 1863.. Of course it is possible as it doesn't state their ages on the marriage record.

If wife Susan didn't die until 1868 he shouldn't be marrying someone else in 1863 

However can we find this Susan in 1861 to see if she is the same lady?
