MI’s Balmaclellan Churchyard....HELP needed

I think Mary might have died between 1841 and 1851 as it looks as if he was married to an Elizabeth in 1851.  He is down as born Parton.

It's difficult to find info if  there was no tombstone. I was lucky that I was able to get info from the Parton parish clerk about my family but I'm not sure if he's still there as it was about 15 years ago. The Balmacllellan ones had stones.  There are some lair books but you'd have to contact D &G council to find where they would be stored.

There was a 14 year old Mary Shaw listed in the 1792 census at Arnmacannie Farm:
John Shaw 49, Janet Haining 35, David Shaw 22, Barbara Shaw 20, William Shaw 18, James Shaw 16, Mary Shaw 14,John Shaw 12, Margaret Shaw 2.
There are no McMinn names in Balmaclellan or Kells churchyards.  The MI's for both of these parishes go up to 1945-50 range, there was no ending in 1855.
Could this have been your Mary?
I know about these chrchyards as I crawled about them for two years listing the MI's

Are you sure?- my booklets are up to 1855. The only ones that are after 1855 are those that are buried in an earlier grave or relatives add them to an existing monument.

I bought mine in the early 2000s from the SGS.

To Gadget,

I did the booklets for the Dumfries & Galloway Family History Society in 2014 and 2015.  The ones the SGS have were done by the youngsters on the job scheme in 1990's.  They weren't really interested in what they were doing and missed a lot out.  The Family History Society were in the process of recording the MI's to the best of their ability.  I was about to start on the Dalry ones when we had to leave.
