Interesting to note that no year of death is given, just deceased.  Do you know where his wife Grizel died?

I don't know anything about my heritage so I have no knowledge of how accurate any information that appears on there is.

The name unfortunately is quite common so makes it difficult to pin down the correct person.  How did you get back to George?

You haven't told me how you got back to George.  What is his relationship to you?  Several times grandfather or uncle or what?

Your first post just states that he was born in Scotland, no mention of where in Scotland. You don't appear to have any specific information that would pin down the correct George.

Is that off someone's tree?
I can't see a Walker-Hamilton marriage.
Also, William Walker and Elizabeth Anderson baptized a lot of children in Inveresk;  I am wondering why you think George was born in East Lothian.
There are several George Walkers buried in Inveresk, unfortunately some don't have the age noted so it's impossible to know if any of them is your man.
