Where is Charles in 1911?

Charles Arthur Ford born 1872 in Bristol. Parents William Samuel and Ann Ford (maiden name Thatcher) As a adult he takes on his second name Arthur.  In 1895 Arthur marries Ada Stevens they go on to have 2 sons Harold born 1899 and Reginald born 1901 both born in West Bromwick.  On the 1939 reg both Arthur and Ada are living in Truro Cornwall, Arthur now retired as a marker gardener.  But where are the family in 1911?

Any help would be appreciated

I have now found the family living in Cardiff, Arthur is now a fruit salesman.  Thank you to anyone that were searching on my behalf
