i am looking for any family of Walter charlie Sydney Harris born  around 1800 isle wright he was sailor he an his wife  moving to new Zealand  he had  i think 4 children  son Walter c s Harris born 1873 new Zealand  Auckland  wife tawa paniora born 1912 Walter an tawa had 4 children Walter , goerge, Helen Doreen than tawa left Walter  an took the children to her family in wellington an lefted them with family an went to another man parata an had 4 or 5 another children all girls  i am looking for family from isle wright

When did the father die and what was his wife’s name?

I cannot see a Walter Harris born NZ in 1873, on NZBDM.

Where have you got your information from?

Do you have the marriage cert for Walter and Tawa?

Do you have the death certs for the Walter who died in 1949 and the Walter who married Tawa?

What makes you think there would be, family still in Isle of Wight? Although the father of Walter, born 1873, was born Isle of White, his family were in West Ham, London by 1881. It is also where Walter Charles Sydney married and had the children, before coming to NZ.

I still can’t see how you have arrived at ‘Walter charlie Sydney Harris born  around 1800 isle wright’.

Your NZ lot arrived sometime after 1901.

You need to find the father of the 1873 Walter, then there will be the father of that father before you get back to 1800.
