The first is:   gyrdell

I'm on my way out so won't be able to properly tackle the other now.  However, does the long word possibly begin with the same letter as you have in Hate on line 2?  Can you find a certain L in the doc?

Brilliant - thank you!  (How did I get stomacher but not girdle?  :))

Attached the only definite capital L for comparison - there is no lower case L starting a word in the will.  I can't decide if H or L is a more likely letter - it doesn't look like a D.

Lusty gallant was a colour (a shade of red)  - so could it refer to the colour of the ? item at the very start of the line?

That's an interesting idea.  I'm not sure about it, but it's more convincing than the only reference I found which was for a mediaeval song with lute accompaniment.  (sing hey nonny nonny o!  ;D ;D)

I think the word at the end of the penultimate line is 'cote'.

Could the word before lusty gallant be colour?  Not sure of the letters/spelling.
