Martin  ....   we're all getting older !    I'll bet the average age of Rootschatters is WELL over 60  .... FH is an oldies hobby !!

The government says if we are over 60, we are vulnerable to this virus; yet, they also say we are fit to work until we are 68 !

Although meant for health professionals, the WHO has 4 modules free to access online that only take a couple of hours to complete and this one looks suitable for you all - https://openwho.org/courses/eprotect-acute-respiratory-infections

Apparently my local Morrison's was absolutely packed out today, didn't bother myself,  but unless I am being thick what has toilet rolls got to do with the virus

People are worried about running out of them when we're all confined to quarters by the virus!

Normally I have at least 6/8 and then I buy another packet, years ago as a child I remember having a toilet in the back garden, newspaper was threaded on a string and hung up, I would take a torch with me and was often annoyed because what I wanted to catch up on was already gone, in those days it would appear you could put news paper down the loo, not nowadays though .

My sincere apologies for this - BUT isn't it a bit late to be learning about Coronavirus commencing 23 March?  We've had it in this country since late January - TWO months ago!

And as for the toilet roll scandal - again, maybe I've got it wrong but I understood that self-isolation was for 14 days.  How many toilet rolls do you need to last 14 days in the average family?  :o :o

All these people stockpiling for whatever reason, and we all know that items will be disposed of by the majority, when they reach their "sell by" date.  :-*  :-X

And then we have this from Erato today - has the whole world gone mad?  They're certainly all beginning (or continuing) to panic  ::)

There are a lot of jokes going around as to why people are buying all the toilet rolls - most too rude to put on here.  ;D
