I know that quite a few RootsChatters, myself included, take part in all kinds of FutureLearn courses.  They are mostly excellent and, of course, free, but have you noticed that they seem to have adopted a hard sell approach lately?  Nearly every time I open my computer there is a message from "Lily at FutureLearn" inviting me to take part in a course or to upgrade the course I have recently followed.

Stay positive ;)
My daughter has just announced that she won't be visiting me till it's safe to do so, so we should communicate by Facetime, Skype or some such.  Good job we have got plenty of toilet rolls in, then. :D

I've already signed up for it!

Btw, - just nipped out to Waitrose here, and it was busier than Christmas! Loads of empty shelves, - no toilet rolls whatsoever... (Someone's sitting on them somewhere:-)

Lydart,  Thank you for that. Always refreshing to see it. I'm in good health, but I don't have to try very hard to think of several family and friends who would probably not survive this.

Actually, I say I'm in good health, but 48 hours ago I bent down to get some cheese out of the fridge and something went at the base of my spine and I am in extreme pain at the moment. I suppose it counts as self isolation.
