The Irish Census
« on: Saturday 14 March 20 10:30 GMT (UK) »
Hi

Is it possible to look up on a map where a relative lived on this website, or check the census register. I have the address and where they lived  in 1911.

Corrstown, Hopefield Hospital, Port rush Antrim

Were they a patient in hospital? If so, people in institutions should be listed by initials rather than Christian name & Surname.

Corrstown is the townland.

The census is here (free) but if you are stuck then post the details you have (name, age, etc.) and we can try to help.

Not sure when the hospital (formerly known as Hopefield Cottage Hospital) actually opened. Doesn't look like it was there in 1911-

Is it Hugh McKay (as in previous thread) you are looking for?

If so, I posted link to household in 1911 census back in 2015 for you (this is why I said best to stick to one thread as duplication does cause confusion) and lots more by myself and others on the thread-

There could be more relevant stuff on the other threads you started!

How many threads are there?
