P A Phillips
« on: Sunday 15 March 20 01:43 GMT (UK) »
I'm looking for a P A  Phillips who would have been around 20 years old and was living at 102 Kings Meadow Road in 1966.

I recently obtained my original birth certificate ( I was adopted by American parents at 12 days old), and on the birth certificate it lists my mother as P A  Phillips, no father, my name Paul Darren Phillips, and the address as 102 Kings Meadow Road.  Birth date 12 Jan 1966.  Does anyone know whether or not this address was a home for unwed mothers or the person who lived in this home in 1966.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Welcome to Rootschat, Paul.

Rootschat does not allow the posting of names of those who may be living. Therefore, you need to remove the name of your mother from the heading and the body of your post.

You could change it the P. A. PHILLIPS

Use the ‘Modify’ button to make changes.

‘102 Kings Meadow Road’, where?

There are two possible 60s marriages in Nottingham.

Hi Paul

RootsChat is meant for finding ancestors, rather than living relatives.

Personal details of any people known or thought to be living will be removed, in accordance with RootsChat policy, to avoid spamming and other abuses. So people here will be able to give you general tips and hints how to proceed, but not any concrete details.

You will also find more tips here:

Have you put your names on the GRO adoption contact register?

https://www.gov.uk/adoption-records/the-adoption-contact-register

I may be able to help with the electoral register for that address next week.
