No, it’s in China.

Do you have his death cert?

Looks good, Kay.

I can’t see a death recorded for him on SP, 1913.

Oh crumbs, just looked at the date.
My John was 14th of August 1913.  Think this one was 14th March 1913.
Gees I could kick myself, paid out for three documents yesterday, one not much use and now this one.
Sorry people, need to read more carefully. :-[

Worth checking the newspapers for a death announcement.

Thanks.  Feel stupid.
However many John Milnes to chose from with S.P.

Would anyone be able to check a death notice for me.  Date is 14 Aug 1913 Coupar Angus.

Hopefully it may state his son John and daughter Mary Ann MacCullum.

There is a death of John Milne, aged 82, in Coupar Angus in 1913. This John Milne would have been born in 1830/1831. Do you have his death certificate?
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
