Hey - did anyone get any toilet rolls?

Rishile

Yep, I've got some I can bring along, but the only ones I could get were coconut flavour - not sure flavour is the right word  ???

Oh - I may have to hold on.  Coconut is one thing I can't abide.  Anyone else?

I’m on my way. A posh quilted loo roll and boil in the bag rice. I might even have a small tin of sweet corn lingering in the larder.

My song will be Always Look on the Bright Side of Life  ;D

Oh thank you Suey.  Please hurry up.

This lot are having a party too.  I think ours is better but can't begrudge them their fun.

December 2018 doesn't sound too bad to me.  I've eaten worse.

I thought for ages that was David Jason as Inspector Frost!

Just used one 2K bag of potatoes.
Half part cooked and now cooling to freeze loosely to take out as necessary
for roasting.
Other half mashed with butter and milk in single portions for cottage pie topping etc.
Soo , roasties and mash up to now .
One bottle of Speckled Hen.
To jolly things up The Dubliners singing “I’ve been a wild rover”.
“ And it’s no nay never,  no nay never no more will I play the wild rover ,
  No never no more.”
I like to get up on the table , mostly because I am well under five feet
 feet tall !
So if it is not that kind of party better not tell me the time or Venue.
But I hope you all have a lovely time.
Viktoria.

Viktoria - you are very welcome but please take your shoes off before you get on the table.

Cottage Pie is my current favourite meal.

Oh - by the way - I hope everyone has washed their hands when they came in.  We don't want to spread any viruses or anything, do we?

Viktoria - if you are less than 5 ft tall - it won't be too uncomfortable for you when you fall UNDER the table with all the Prosecco you have drunk.

I have also thought that whilst you are all tucking into my out of date Complan I can recite a verse from the poem 'The Deserted Village' -- just to cheer you all up.

(I guess I'm not invited!)
