Now, where’s Victoria is she under the table yet ?.  Tell her I know some rude songs too...we can duet together  ;D

I have a frock from the 60s floral Mary Hopkins style.

And after just watching the news my song will be I Predict a Riot by the Kaiser Chiefs.

Boris hasn't said we can't laugh or remotely have parties and dress up. Drinking imaginery wine and seemingly eating bread of one sort or another.

Just off to squeeze into those hot pants!

Yes IgorStrav -- I will wash my hands - I actually have some antiseptic wipes left over from a couple of years ago when my husband was poorly. I felt rich when I found those!

I agree. In these times when real parties aren't possible and everyone is doing their best to either self isolate or social distance, I think it is important that people do have a chance to socialise virtually. For some people Rootschat may be the only contact they have with people during the day. As IgorStrav said it is clear from the title what it is about, so people have a choice, just as they do with other threads on here.

Thanks everyone.  The party continues then.

Put on your hotpants (ladies) and white trousers (men) and let's party.

It's early for anyone to be under the table, unless they were drinking before they came.
I'm well-equipped to deal with rioters. I'll whirl my morris stick threateningly.

I thought this was a really good idea!  I have come back here to read all the comments as I live by myself, and while normally I'm just FINE with that, this has a very different 'feel' to it.  Please don't anyone feel guilty for starting this.  At least not on my account!  :)

Cheers all!

You forget, we started last night. Victoria was threatening to get tiddly and dance on the table  ;D
I do hope she is ok though.

Maybe she fell off the table and hurt herself!
