As Milliepede wrote earlier, there is a death.

1874 September quarter Chelsea vol 1a pg 153
John Sambrook Rackstraw 70 yrs

This would fit with the 1871 entry here
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:VBD3-BPX

It is odd because this person is named Wratislaw De Rockstro

Maria b Hammersmith is on the next census page so Family Search records them separately.

There are no children with the couple on any censuses.
There are other children (siblings to John) recorded in baptism entries to SamuelmSa brook Rackstraw. Perhaps your family date from one of those.

What about the Fanny age 4 in 1841?  I was wondering if she was named after the witness on the marriage who was possibly a sister of Maria.

There is a Fanny Uleyate death in Jun 1840 Kensington age 54 so could she have been mother of Maria.

Samuel Uleyate and Fanny have son Samuel 20 Nov 1805

There is also a John Samuel with parents Samuel and Fanny born 26 Jun 1821

Sorry, I forgot Fanny.  Although 1841 does not give relationships.

I have located who I think is my GGGrandfather, John Sambroke (or Sambrook) de Rockstro, b. November 5, 1810,

but I would need to verify his emigration to America, possibly Canada and then on to New York before 1874 when my Great Grandfather was born.

Did he have other children as he would have been 64 when your Gt grandfather was born in 1874.

Where are the family c 1880

I think this may be the family. In a message of thanks re 1841, Leeinaala states that John married Bridget from Ireland.
