Looking good, with the father James as a shoemaker in 1851:

His wife, Mary, was born in OXFORD.

Joseph Jefferey Goodey b.6/9/1830, bp.2/5/1831 St. Andrew, Holborn, son of James (Shoemaker) and Mary Ann.

This clearly the one with parents James and Mary Ann in 1841.

According to the original census page of James and Mary in 1851 census, James is shown as born England, Oxfordshire and Mary as born Oxford, Oxfordshire.

In 1861 James and Mary are in Oxford - he shown bc.1788 but this time shows birthplace as Bucklebury, Berks. - Mary bc.1792 Oxford.

Certainly looks like James and Mary Ann are the parents of Joseph who married Ann Jenkins.
