Apologies the previous post was incorrect, he is not the father of Isaak the dates don't work so now I need to find anything on Issak (Isake) his marriage etc. and whether James Butler is their son.

Omega you are marvellous, take a bow!

Where on earth did you find this information.  Perhaps I can check to see whether there were any more children, and of course because of the date I know that James Butler was not their son.

Thanks Omega, I just rejoined yesterday.  I let it lapse because I have been working for the last 18 months on my Shropshire / Welsh connections.  But now I am back to this so it will all be very helpful.  I know how stunning their website is.

Thanks Trish, the Kiwi, for the information you have sent, seems like a very very large gap between the births of the two children?

The last bit you put
ANNE Buried 09 Mar 1594/95 was the Daug of JAMES as was JOHN Buried 27 Oct 1597

I have her name as Alice Allyn?   I assume that is the person you have said is Anne?  Imagine the grief all these women had dying with little ones pretty tough.

Keep safe all.
Nga mihi

If you look at FreeREG www.freereg.org.uk then you will find the Anne who died 1594/5 and John 1597 have their Fathers name as JAMES not ISAACK
