There’s no indenture here. The first two images record the appointment of Laurence Mydelton and James Grame as the representatives of John Sewell and his son Richard Sewell in surrendering the land to William Grame.
I’ve done the main part for you, but have omitted some of the verbiage towards the end, which just clarifies the role of the representatives.

May all men know by these presents that we, John Sewell of Botchardbie in the county of Cumberland, yeoman, and Richard Sewell of [the same?] in the same county, yeoman, son and heir apparent of the aforesaid John, have made, acknowledged and constituted, in place of ourselves for these presents, our beloved in Christ Laurence Mydleton and James Grame of Le Fawghe [= Faugh?] in Gilliland in the aforesaid county, yeomen, as our true and undoubted attorneys, jointly and severally to act instead of us and on our behalf in surrendering into the hands of our Lord James, King of England, or to his Steward or substitute for his Manor of the Socage of Carlisle Castle, at the next court to be held in that same place, one acre of ploughland with appurtenances, lying and being in Feneshill[?] in the aforesaid Socage, at the annual rent of two shillings, for the use and benefit of William Grame of Wetheral in the aforesaid county, yeoman, his heirs and assigns for ever, according to the custom of the aforesaid manor, paying each year thenceforth to the said Lord King, his heirs and successors the aforesaid rent of 2 shillings at the accustomed feast [...]
