Ok FindMyPast also has
Baptism
Ann "Denny or Moss" bpt 1 April 1821 at Preston Bissett

There must be some cross referencing with the marriage indexes going on.
Perhaps someone with more understanding of the system will comment.

Possible sister Hannah Denny bpt 1818 at Preston Bissett.

Thanks someone on ancestry has a marriage date of 18th October 1842 Preston Bissett.
He's in America so I think I'll leave contacting him until they are over the pandemic.

No father or mother's names given.

Archive reference   PR168/1/8

Centre for Buckinghamshire Studies

Don't quite follow why is says "Denny or Greaves"

That index also has Ann Denny indexed as Denny or Moss so it looks as though it is something that refers to the marriages of them both rather than just a baptism entry

There are a few that have 2 surnames ,it's the same on ancestry where you can edit/add maiden names to the transcription, example is Thomas Denny who married a  Mary Ecsley. She is transcribed as Ecsley/Denny.
Bit complicated for me that one.

FindMyPast does not allow you to add information like Ancestry does.  If something is wrong on FindMyPast then they correct it

Typical that I can find a few of those baptisms with father George on 1841 census at Preston Bissett.
I've found Ann Denny as a servant in the place where she lived after marriage to George Moss.
Sure my ancestors take the p out of me sometimes.

Not for a long time it went down with a virus some time ago.Notice the marriage 18 October 1842 again so I might send for that marriage certificate.
I sent all information I have on James Greaves and son Edwin regarding marriage children etc but they didn't add to the site.
Thanks Lee
