The Welsh language periodical, "Eurgrawn Weslyaidd" (1 Nov 1839, 1 Sep 1849) describes his entering the ministry 1806 but forced to finish through ill health in 1822. He opened a reputable Boarding School (Ysgol Fyrddiol) in Wrexham. Highly thought of.

Appears in some listings as "James Fussell, Uwchrif" (Supernumary or retired Wesleyan Minister) eg.-
The "Eurgrawn",

English speaking Ministers, North Wales
Wrecsam  ....; James Fussell, Uwchrif

Could you give me the link to this if it's online,  I m not finding it. Thanks.

I'd been chasing his wife in 1841 - there's a Mrs Fussell in Wrexham in 1843 and 1845. But I think part of Wrexham Census is missing (after checking FindMyPast).
I put a marker against "Chrysyson" after finding an entry in the '51 Census.

She is in Oswestry in 1841 and a visitor in  Wrexham in 1851, it's a bit fiddly to put more as I,m on a tablet.
