Looks like Arthur Douglas and Eileen Hester (also a Vanderwert) are full cousins ?!?!

According to a family tree I found on Ancestry.co.uk, Eileen is a daughter of Emmanuel Henry Vanderwert (1880), who was a brother of James Anderson Oorloff Vanderwert (1890), who was Arthur Douglas' father..

Interesting...…

Not sure ofcourse if it's true. Not all familytrees online are 100% correct.

I would not be amazed ... I used to know a Sri Lankan Burger who'd married his full cousin ... and his parents were also full cousins ...  Make you wonder about the gene pool :-)
