I assume it's a will calendar, and I'd love if you would explain how you found it, I tried earlier but just can't get anywhere with the new  National Archives site.

Ah sorry have it now, can't understand why it never works for me.

1936 probate calendar shows administration for a James Lanigan of Cullaun Inistoige, date of death 23rd June 1936, granted to the widow Anne Lanigan

but when I search the online search I never get a result until you do it first and than it works for me. I just have no luck with it, it likes you and hates me.:D

Yes Thomas [born 1857] came out to New Zealand but did not settle and went back to take over the farm in Piltown.

Parents Michael Lanigan and Margaret nee Delahunty married in 1841. Michael died in 1881 aged 73, and Margaret died in 1905, aged 94 years. Headstone in Piltown shows "of Ardclone".
